I had proudly shown my parents how I can move from the sofa to standing position on the floor without falling. First, I will lower down my body on the sofa and slowly maneuver my lower body till my foot is position towards the edge. I will then let down my lower body, with my hand still clinging on tied to the sofa. Follow on with that, I would then easily release my hand at a time until my foot can feel the floor; by then, I will be standing straight and gracefully with my hands supporting on the edge of the sofa. Everyone was so excited with what they've seen. Of course, I was giggling away to show how delighted and happy I was. My father was so thrilled that he put me on the sofa several times so that he can see me demonstrate the “incredible movement” again.
